Susan Daniels and Daisy have come up with a new dash of flavor for our English classes. Drama!
This is a foray into getting the children to practice English with more fun.
Several exercises are being introduced. But the most popular is this one. Children are given the outlines of a situation. They are to create a play with dialogue on their own. Each group is guided by one volunteer who helps with construction of sentences.
Susan also takes a class in phonetics. She has a good way with the children and a sense of humor. Different ways 'orange' is pronounced in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and English can set anyone off:-)
